Q: How to print photos with Pringo?

A: Visit App Store/Google Play Store to download the free Pringo App. Launch Pringo App to edit photos. Connect your mobile phone to Pringo wvia WiFi for the printing.

Q: How come we don’t leave fingerprints on photos printed by Pringo?

A: This is because of the last printing procedure of Pringo. It adds a unique protective coating to photos. It is waterproof, fingerprint-proof, and fade-proof to prolong photo life.

Q: Are photos printed by Pringo with high-quality and balanced color?

A: Yes, of course!
Pringo adopts dye-sub printing technology to print vivid photos in sharp colors and details.

Q: Why does Pringo use WiFi instead of Bluetooth?

A: This is because WiFi connection speed is faster than Bluetooth transfer. In addition, when connecting Pringo via WiFi, friends can also join in the fun.

Q: Can I print without using Pringo App?

A: No. You have to use Pringo App to record each print task and check real-time status of the photo printer for users to eliminate photo printing problems.
A: Red blink 1 time: ribbon door is open or no ribbon is installed.
Red blink 3 times: Out of ribbons
Red blink 4 times: Out of paper
Red blink 5 times: Paper/ribbon jam
Red blink 13 times: Unable to update Pringo firmware

Pringo APP operation problems -
Q:What to do if the message “Network disabled because the Internet connection is slow” appears?
-
A:Please go to Settings -> General -> Reset -> Reset Location & Privacy
And remove Pringo APP then re-set up again, and allow Pringo APP can Access your photos. -
Q: Why did the information always show out for Pringo APP on iphone?But it could not find where can enable location function?

A:Go to Setting to configure your WiFi.

WiFi > Advanced Settings > Uncheck “Auto-connect” or “Auto Network Switc
Q:What to do if Pringo is disconnected each time after printing?
-
A:Please do not disconnect Pringo if see requests from other Apps (eg. Line). 3G or LTE are unavailable during printing, as Pringo uses WiFi connection. Mobile phones can only connect to either Pringo or the Internet (3G or other WiFi). As a result, other Apps that require the Internet become offline during printing.

Q:The status keeps showing the message “Please go to Settings and turn on the Location Services for Pringo” on my iPhone when I use Pringo App. I cannot find the Location Services function. What should I do?

A:Please follow the steps below:
Step 1. Go to Setting > General > Reset > Reset Location & Privacy to reset previous settings. -

Step 2. Remove Pringo App and reinstall.
Step 3. Allow Pringo App to access your photos.

Q:When applying template at Pringo APP, it shows “Resource Error” related message. What should I do?
-
A:Some Cleaning or Anti-Virus APP might delete files of Pringo APP unexpectedly. Please download template files again. Moreover, please check and modify settings of Cleaning or Anti-Virus APP to avoid such problem.

Pringo consumables problems

Q: After using up Pringo’s papers, can I use photo papers of other brands?
-
A: Besides the consumables compatible with Pringo specified by HiTi Digital, we assume no responsibility for the compatibility of other consumables. Use of other consumables may cause direct damage or injuries to users or a third party and Pringo. Please do not use unspecified consumables on this product.

Q: How many pieces of paper can I put into Pringo at once?
-
A: Please only put up to 10 pieces of Pringo photo paper in cartridge each time. The cartridge door will not be able to shut, or paper will jam when there are too many photo papers

How to print the photo from WiFi camera?

Q: If you are using any Android-based camera (Such as: SAMSUNG Galaxy Camera, Nikon Coolpix S800c):

Method:Install Pringo App on your Android-based camera. Then snap or select a photo, and send it for printing

Q: If you are using any WiFi enabled DC, bridge camera, SLR –like camera or DSLR
-
Method A: Send the photos from your camera to Smartphone wirelessly
Step 1: Install the App released by the camera manufacturer on your Smartphone (for detailed instruction, please refer to your camera’s user manual).

Step 2: Launch the sync App on your Smartphone to receive files transferred from camera.

The procedure of sending photos from camera to Smartphone may vary, please refer to your camera’s user manual for detailed instructions.

After stored the photos in your Smartphone, you may select the photo to print in Pringo App.

Method B: Upload the photos from your camera to any cloud album (such as Facebook, Picasa, Dropbox and SkyDrive),
and download the photo to Smartphone for printing. Follow the steps below if you are using Dropbox:
Step 1: Upload the photos stored in camera to Dropbox.
Step 2: Install Dropbox App on your Smartphone, and download the photos from the cloud server to your Smartphone.
Step 3: Launch Pringo App on your Smartphone for photo printing.
Method C: Send the photos as Email attachment from your camera, and open the Email on Smartphone and download the photo attached. So you can select the photo via Pringo App for printing.
